The best way to protect your phone is to avoid installing apps that are not available on Google Play. If you have already installed a malicious apps, here is a way to remove virus/malicious app.
1. Go to Settings ---> Applications
2. Go to applications Manager where you can find the list of apps installed on your phone.
3. Find the app that you want to uninstall and click the app.
4. Press uninstall
