Sony India announced Cyber shot DSC-WX800, a portable high zoom camera in India. This camera has a range from 24mm at wide end upto 720mm super telephoto. The camera comes with Bionz X image processing engine and features 4K video recording capabilities.
Cyber shot DSC-WX800 is priced at Rs. 34,990 in India and will be available in all Sony center stores and other electronic stores from October 29th.
The camera has a back-illuminated Exmor RTM CMOS sensor with 18.2-megapixel effective resolution. Cyber shot DSC-WX800 supports image stabilisation with the help of optical SteadyShot and is equipped with a Zoom Assist function that allows users to zoom out temporarily and displays a wider area when shooting a subject at the telephoto end.
