Mumbai based robotics startup company "Emotix" has launched "Miko 2". They say that this Robo is a companion for Children. 

Miko 2 has advanced parental controls, great microphones, front camera and improved 'emotional intelligence'. Miko 2 is a robot with three wheels that children can talk to. The Robo has a noise cancelling microphones to be able to hear commands even with ambient noise. 

The Company positions Miko 2 as a child companion robot and it has the ability to ask children to revise for examinations. Miko 2 comes with a screen on the front that allows it to display expressions when it is not showing relevant information. 

Miko 2 works via voice command "Hey Miko" and has more expressive faces. Miko 2 has the ability to make video calls and parents and keep in touch with children.
