Bokeh effect is referred to as blur effect/quality in photography and this is very recognizable technique. In Bokeh effect an element of the image is blurred intentionally. Bokeh tends to appear in the areas of an image that remains outside the focal region.
When photographers speak about bokeh, they mean the quality of the portion of the photo that is not in sharp focus and the feeling that is captures. In simple words bokeh refers to the aesthetic nature of blur in any given photo.
