Excel Keyboard shortcuts to increase productivity

Microsoft Excel is used widely in computer applications for Organising, storing, collating and analysing data effectively in tabular format. Charts, formulas and other tools help in analysing, manipulating and managing important data in Microsoft Excel. 

Here are some of the Excel Keyboard shortcuts to increase productivity:

Home: 
Clicking "Home" button on keyboard takes you back to beginning of a row with just one click. Clicking "Ctrl+Home" moves to the beginning of a worksheet and "Ctrl+End" moves to end of a worksheet. 

F2: 
One can edit current working cell by clicking on F2. "F2" key also helps in moving the insertion point into the Formula Bar. One can also display the print preview area on the print tab by combining "Ctrl + F2 " keys.

F12: 
"F12" key helps to save the data entered to spreadsheet. The key brings up the save as option for the file. Saving the file is just click of this key(F12).

Alt:
Pressing "Alt" key displays the key tips or all new shortcuts on the ribbon of Microsoft Excel. Clicking "Alt" opens options like 'H' for home, P for Page Layout and M for formula, R for Review etc. 

F1:
F1 shortcut is used to gain access to "Excel Help". Excel Help opens when the key is pressed, one can get help in both offline and online.

Esc: 
Esc Key in Microsoft Excel is used to get away or escape from a particular situation, it helps to close menus, submenus, message etc.

Shift + Spacebar: 
Shift + Spacebar is used to select a particular row for a function. Pressing Shift + Spacebar applies changes to entire row.

Ctrl + F1: 
Pressing "Ctrl + F1" helps to hide the Ribbon while pressing this shortcut again displays the ribbon. This shortcut can be used when an user gets distracted on workspace.  

Shift + F10: 
Pressing "Shift + F10" is similar to right clicking the mouse. This shortcut displays the properties of Right clicking mouse where in user can use the arrow keys to move the menu and select the appropriate option required. 

Ctrl+ :
Ctrl+ is used to insert row or Column or to shift cells.
