WhatsApp for Android has brought Picture in picture(PiP) feature for all Android users. The feature will be rolling to Android users through the WhatsApp stable version 2.18.380. They say that the feature allows one to watch Instagram, Facebook and Youtube videos in a small window and continue to scroll through WhatsApp chats simultaneously. This feature works in individual chats and group chats as well.
When you click any link of Facebook/Instagram/Youtube the video plays in a small dedicated window which sits on top corner of WhatsApp chats. You can continue to communicate either with individuals or the members of a WhatsApp group alongside watching the available Facebook, Instagram or Youtube.

Note: Android version 2.18.380 brings the feature of Picture-in-Picture.
